1. Service provider

- Massage and SPA treatments — therapeutic, relaxation, Thai, anti-cellulite massage and other bodywork
- Wellness and body care — wraps, peels, aromatherapy, physical comfort procedures
- Beauty services — facial, body and hair care treatments
- Educational programmes and courses — massage technique training, wellness practices, online and in-person
- Information and consulting services — online consultations, guides, proprietary content
- Individual personal services — other personalised services by arrangement
3. Online booking
Bookings can be made via the website form, messaging apps or phone. A booking is confirmed once the Provider sends a confirmation (SMS, email or messenger message). The Provider reserves the right to decline a booking without giving reasons.
4. Pricing and payment
Current prices are listed on the website. The Provider may update prices without prior notice. Payment is accepted:
- Cash on site
- Bank transfer to the Provider's accounts (PrivatBank or Universal Bank)
- Via payment systems integrated on the website (where available)
Educational programmes and courses may require partial or full prepayment.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows without notice may be charged in full. Prepayments are non-refundable in such cases.
6. Contraindications and health
The client must inform the Provider of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies, injuries or contraindications before the session begins. The Provider reserves the right to decline a treatment where contraindications are present. The Provider is not liable for any consequences resulting from the client's failure to disclose relevant health information.
7. Educational services and courses
Access to course materials is granted upon confirmed payment. All course materials are protected by copyright and may not be copied, resold or shared. Refunds are available before the course begins; after commencement, refunds are considered individually.
8. Limitation of liability
The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
9. Intellectual property
All website content — texts, photos, videos, design and proprietary methodologies — belongs to IE Plisетska Yevheniia Kostiantynivna and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Changes to these Terms
The current version is always available at pandorra-massage.com/en/terms. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
